These terms govern your use of the SpyderAPI website and coverage reporting service, operated by SpyderApi, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about these terms can be sent to aj@menanewswire.com.
2. What SpyderAPI provides
SpyderAPI retrieves the latest available report associated with an eligible Distribution ID. It does not distribute press releases and does not provide general media monitoring.
3. Eligibility and authorized access
A Distribution ID is supplied with an eligible release by the issuing service. Use only Distribution IDs you have been given, keep them secure, and share report access only with colleagues and stakeholders who are authorized to view the information.
4. Report availability and retention
Report availability depends on the issuing service, the release and the current report status. A report may have an expiry date. Download a copy of any report you need for long-term records.
5. Reporting limitations
Coverage can change after distribution, and a report may not include every online mention. Third-party publication links can be changed or removed by their owners. Audience and media-value figures, where provided, are modelled estimates rather than verified outcomes.
6. Fees
No separate fee applies to accessing eligible reports. Distribution charges, if any, are governed by the issuing service.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to discover Distribution IDs you were not given, extract reports in bulk, interfere with the security or operation of the service, use the service unlawfully, or access reports you are not authorized to view.
8. Intellectual property and permitted use
The SpyderAPI service, website and software belong to SpyderApi. You may use report exports for internal purposes and for reporting to your clients and stakeholders. Third-party publications remain the property of their owners.
9. Third-party services
Issuing services are responsible for their distribution services. Linked publications and external websites are operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
10. Service changes, suspension and termination
We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service, and may suspend access where these terms are breached. We will publish changes to these terms on this page and update the date above.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SpyderApi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on report content.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
