This notice explains how SpyderApi, the operator of SpyderAPI, handles personal information when you use the website, look up a coverage report, contact support, or manage cookie preferences.

Distribution ID lookups. When you enter a Distribution ID, we use it to locate the coverage report associated with an eligible release. We record the reference submitted, the time of the request and technical information such as your IP address and browser. A Distribution ID identifies a specific release distribution, so it can be associated with the client or campaign behind that release.
Support requests. When you contact us we collect your name, work email, company or organization, role, topic, Distribution ID and message.
